Equipped with interior bulkhead which allows mud tank division. The tank is provided of: o One (1) Millar centrifugal pump, diesel engine driven, MSP-CD-150-S model (or equivalent) with 6” (150 mm) port, 2500 l/min @ 5.5 bar, installed on skid. Complete with pipes and manifold to connect the pump with tank pipe line. It is used for mud circulation from borehole to shale shaker. o Two (2) passage for cleaning and inspection. o Two (2) 8” butterfly valves. o Removable walkways with access ladder. o Walkways around mixers and other equipment mounted on the roof side of the tank facilities. o Suction pipes equipped with filters The tank will be equipped with special seat connections for the shale shaker. The shale shaker has the following technical specifications: • Vibration Hydraulic motor: Max RPM 1500, Max flow 35 l/min, Max pressure 180 bar. • Maximum mud capacity: 2.500 l/min The system is completed with a hydraulic system in order to move and control the shale shaker system. Pipes kit Pipes kit for the connection of the tank, or the pump and in general of any component of the mud system is composed by pipes complete of flanges and 90° flanged curves. |
